Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Items will be carefully packaged, including those that are framed and contain glass. While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of products, any damage incurred during transit is beyond our control. If any such damage should occur, it will be resolved through the delivery service.

All prices shown do not include any shipping costs. This will be dependent on the size and weight of the artwork and will be calculated at checkout. These costs are calculated based on delivery within the UK and will be sent signed first class with Royal Mail. If you live outside the UK, please get in touch and we can arrange for the products to be shipped to you.

Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days.
Delivery Address
If you need to amend your delivery addresses after you have placed your order, please get in touch with us at epbanks2020@yahoo.com.

If you live outside the UK, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
​
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. You will not be refunded for any shipping costs.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
